Neride
has long red
hair of Tibetan lambswool, glued on her skin looking wet, and she has
running water effects
on her skin. Her
eyes are shut
and her
features are
painted with quality heat-set oil colors, she
has
real
eyelashes
and eyebrows made of hair. Her
skin is gently blushed with heat-set oil
paints, achieving very living and fleshy skintone.
Neride's
pale
tail has painstakingly made scales and it is coloured in orange, gray
and brown spots.
The
fin is
large, folded and draped beautifully, and the whole tail has some
sparkle and shine on it.
The fin is durable, and can be bent slightly, but not posed.
Neride
sits on
an amazingly real looking stone made from polyurethane, it is weighed
with metal inside for stability.
She
has strong wire armature all the way to her fingers, and it is covered
with Aves
Apoxie sculpt,
which makes her extremely strong.
Her
every muscle, bone and all the tiniest details are hand sculpted by
me
from
professional quality polymer clay. She is one of a kind (OOAK)
creature, and will never be duplicated.
Neride
is
equivalent to a 17 cm (6 3/4") figure with legs, the height of the
sculpture is 16 cm (6 1/4")
and the width is 19 cm (7 1(2").
